the staff were very friendly and helpful. the two bedroom apartment had enough space. we received an upgrade upon arrival which was a nice surprise. the apartment was clean and well maintained.

The two-bedroom unit felt expansive. Four adults found ample space. a washer and dryer with complimentary soap was a treat. we did not use the stove, but its presence was a plus. The location suited our needs. the staff were helpful and sweet.

the breakfast options leaned towards lunch items, i missed traditional breakfast fare.

the elevators were uncomfortably hot. the complimentary breakfast had overpriced bottled water, specifically evion, costing 300 pesos. i found this unacceptable, considering the same water costs only 12 pesos outside the hotel.
